On April 14, Zhang Fangsheng, member of the CPC Group, Vice Chairman of Hubei Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Wang Minjin, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of CICT FiberHome Technologies Group, and other delegates visited Canglongdao Industrial Park to investigate the implementation of the technical innovation created by Accelink's trade union staff, and presented an award to Accelink's 21st?China Patent Silver Award Project—A Method to Achieve Target Raman Gain Locking and its Raman Fiber Amplifier (ZL201110174019.4). Jin Zhengwang, Secretary of the CPC Committee, Accelink's Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union, Xiang Dongliang, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Li Haitao, General Manager of the Department of Science and Technology Development, and Fu Chengpeng, the inventor of the China Patent Silver Award Project, warmly received the provincial general research group.
There were two components to the investigation—discussion and on-site visit. At the A1-104 conference room of the industrial park, Jin Zhengwang first extended a warm welcome to the provincial general research group on behalf of Accelink, followed by Xiang Dongliang presenting a report on the overall situation, innovation system, market layout, talent team, and advanced manufacturing of Accelink as well as the work of Accelink Trade Union in rationalization proposals and technical improvement, advanced operation methods of employees, labor and skill competition, etc. Li Haitao and Fu Chengpeng presented reports on Accelink's intellectual property rights-related work and the basic information of China Patent Silver Award Project, respectively.
After the discussion, Chairman Zhang presented an award to Accelink's 21st?China Patent Silver Award Project and gave medals and certificates of honor to the inventors Fu Chengpeng, Zhang Peng, and Zhang Cuihong. Chairman Zhang said that winning the China Patent Silver Award is not only the honor for Accelink, but also an honor for Hubei Federation of Trade Unions. It is the only project recommended by the Trade Union, which went on to win the silver award, and it is a matter of great pride. The local trade union should intensify efforts to achieve high-quality development and try their best to fulfill the duties of the trade union in this historic period on the occasion of the 100th?anniversary of the founding of CPC. They should ensure good implementation based on practical efforts of the trade union,?get ready to actively work with the majority of employees in accordance with the requirements of the CPC Committee, encourage staff and workers to actively be involved in mass technological innovation activities, strengthen the enthusiasm, initiative, and professionalism of employees in creating, protecting, and applying intellectual property rights, and promote the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and corporate technological progress.
Subsequently, the provincial general research group paid a visit to the production site and staff canteen of Canglongdao Industrial Park, and spoke highly of the automated assembly line of Accelink and staff logistics support.
